*Instructors are only for gymnastics floor guidance, they do not provide party room service.
How Do I Book a Party?
Book in Advance
Parties must be scheduled with our office at least one month in advance. Contact our office for availability!

Create a Family Profile
If you don't have one already, you will need to create a family profile on our Family Portal.
Party Agreement Form
A Twisters Gymnastics Birthday Party Agreement must be reviewed, signed, and returned at the time of reservation/deposit. The Agreement Form is available below for download and available at our office.
Place a Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of half the party cost is required within 3 days of making a reservation. We'll place the deposit charge on your family profile. You can then pay through the Family Portal with a credit or debit card. We also accept cash or check at our office if preferred.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer invitations?
We do not currently offer physical invitations, but can offer a digital version that can be edited. They also include driving directions to our facility!
- If you are interested in our digital invitations, please contact our office so they may email you the digital invitation template.
What is your minimum age for parties?
The birthday child must be turning at least four (4) years of age to have a party with us.
Are there any height requirements for party participants?
Children must be at least 36"tall to participate for safety & insurance reasons.
Are parents allowed to participate?
For safety and insurance reasons, only parents of the birthday child are permitted on the gymnastics floor during the party. Parents may observe the party from our observation deck.
Do you provide food or drinks for the party?
We do not provide food, drinks, cups, plates, or cutlery. If you are interested in having pizza at your party, we recommend RJ’s Pizzeria in Rockaway. We reccomend calling them the night before to place your order and schedule the delivery: (973) 784-4732.
Is there open play during the party?
For safety and insurance reasons, parties are a guided play experience. We do not have open play during the party.
How early can I arrive for my party?
Your Private Party Room will be ready and available to you 15 minutes before your party is scheduled to begin.
Are there any prohibited items I can't bring to my party?
Alcoholic beverages and confetti are prohibited. We ask that you do not bring them to your party with us.
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Birthday deposits are non-refundable; however, if you need to reschedule or cancel, we are always happy to offer our assistance.
- There is a $50 fee to reschedule a party after a deposit has been made.
- There is a $50 fee to cancel a party after a deposit has been made. The remaining balance will be provided as a gym credit.
